How we use your information

Updated October 21, 2026

Requests and applications

When you submit a form, The Mom Hustle collects the name, email address, and service or application details you provide. Applications also include your phone number, availability, service areas, transportation, experience, and any communication preferences you select. We use this information to review requests and applications and follow up about next steps.

Where your submission goes

The website runs on Vercel and submissions are stored in our Supabase database. We also send your submitted details through Web3Forms to notify our team by email. Access to the admin inbox is limited to authorized administrators. A successful form submission means your inquiry has been saved; it does not confirm a booking or approve an application.

Contact preferences

We may follow up by email about your request or application. Optional SMS preferences are recorded, but this website does not send text messages. Background-check disclosures and authorization are handled separately before any screening.

Browser storage and abuse prevention

The website may cache its public pages and images in your browser for offline access. Form submissions are not saved to localStorage. We use a daily keyed hash of the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions; the raw IP address is not stored in our submissions table. Hosting providers may also maintain operational logs.

Access, corrections, and deletion

To ask about information you submitted, use the contact request form, choose “Custom Requests,” and provide the same email address. Our team will follow up to verify and handle your request. For your app account, use the account settings in The Mom Hustle app.
